Vintage fashion has been one of the great loves of my life for as long as I can remember. It stems from the idea of capturing the glamour of bygone eras, when dressing took time and planning. Handmade techniques used to lovingly create many of the garments seam by seam, or gem by gem, and cut before machinery and modern sizing. There is the beauty in the smallest details, like the way little weights were put into some garments, so that dresses or tops wouldn’t flap up.
