RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns and claims must be reviewed and authorised by us by email within 7 days of receipt. So first of all you need to email us with the details of your order and reason for return. You may receive a 100% store credit or an 80% refund of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition with a copy of the original delivery note as proof of purchase. Original packaging means, unworn, tags still on and original packaging Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure. Allow 1-7 business days for refund to post.
If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product.

WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Fashion Space.world work closely with DHL to ensure our products arrive safely and efficiently to your door. Due to this partnership, we can offer free international shipping on orders over €500 (or equivalent).
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking information in an email. Tracking information is usually updated 1 working day after it is sent. If, on the rare occasion the tracking information is not updated, please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get this updated immediately.
DOES DELIVERY COVER CUSTOMS CHARGES?
You will be the importer for the international delivery of your order (i.e. any order delivered to anywhere outside of the canaries ). Therefore, before placing an order it is your responsibility to check that the products you are importing comply with state and federal government import regulations and/or there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
If any customs requirements apply or charges are due, you agree to be responsible for these upon purchase.
